Hi there I'm Miss Rose!! I'm a very energetic girl and would love to have a doggie friend that can keep me company and play with me all day! My new family would ideally have experience training dogs using positive reinforcement practices. I'm still learning so remember you'll need to be patient and take the time to work with me and teach me all the good things. I LOVE to play, especially with plushy toys so you better stock up. I'm an affectionate lady so hopefully my new family enjoys getting cuddles and giving tummy rubs! Pop in an application for me today if I'm the pup for you!

The Adoption Process

Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat (who is not adopt by application), you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday, or our Edinburgh North location between 10am and 3pm, Thursday to Sunday.

Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you must complete the application form first and if your application is successful you will be contacted by an AWL staff member and proceed to the next steps of your adoption journey.

Please note we no longer do walk throughs of cats or dogs in order to provide a calmer environment for them.

Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
