A little bit about me

  • 7 months old
  • Male
  • Animal ID: 256547
  • Desexed
  • Medium size
  • Adoption Fee: $50

Hello, I'm Eeyore!

I'm a quiet and calm little kitty who needs a little TLC and some sweet talking before I can relax around new people. Once you have won me over, you will see I am the sweetest boy that enjoys a chin scratch and being fed my favourite treats. I enjoy watching what is going on, so a big sunny window to look out of all day would be ideal. Come down and meet me and if you're patient with me, I can win you over.

Where can you find me?

I am at the Edinburgh North location.
4 Hewittson Road, Edinburgh North SA 5113

You can contact me by

Phone: 08 8348 1300

This website updates regularly, so there is a chance that when you arrive this animal may already have been adopted by someone else.

Sorry, but we cannot put animals on hold over the phone. You need to meet them first.

The Adoption Process

Currently, appointments are not required if you wish to adopt a cat. If you wish to adopt a cat, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location any time between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday, or our Edinburgh North location any time between 10am and 3pm, Thursday to Sunday. If you wish to adopt a dog, you must still book an appointment. Please note that the booking of an appointment does not mean the animal is on hold and we will endeavour to advise you if the animal is adopted prior to your appointment.

Dogs and cats that are listed as application are not always available for meet and greets. If your application is successful you will be contacted by an AWL staff member and proceed to the next steps of your adoption journey.

Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
