Meet me

A little bit about me

Bonded pair
  • 3 months old
  • Female
  • Animal ID: 257402
  • Desexed
  • Small size
  • Adoption Fee: $125

Edwin and Edith are bonded and must go together, $250 for the pair ($125 each).

Hellooooooo there! My brother, Edwin, and I are searching for a relaxing and loving home with a family who'll adore us. We are both a little bit shy with new people, but with patience and some yummy snacks, we will be out of our shells with some time. Edwin is a little bit more confident than me, but we both need someone to go nice and slow with us, and help us build up our confidence.

While in the shelter we have been receiving some extra attention as part of our TLC program. We have shown that we are quite shy and we may find a new home quite overwhelming, so we will need a patient and loving home.

Take us home today, and let's start our next chapter!

I am a bonded pair!

To pick me up you’re going have to pick up my buddy too.

The adoption fee is per animal.

The Adoption Process

Currently, appointments are not required if you wish to adopt a cat. If you wish to adopt a cat, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location any time between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday, or our Edinburgh North location any time between 10am and 3pm, Thursday to Sunday. If you wish to adopt a dog, you must still book an appointment. Please note that the booking of an appointment does not mean the animal is on hold and we will endeavour to advise you if the animal is adopted prior to your appointment.

Dogs and cats that are listed as application are not always available for meet and greets. If your application is successful you will be contacted by an AWL staff member and proceed to the next steps of your adoption journey.

Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
