Hello I'm Tucker!! I'm looking for a home where I can relax and laze the days away!! I love eating, sleeping, playing with my toys and my walkies!! I am an older boy so I'm looking for a family who can spoil me during my twilight years. I've always been an outdoor dog so I would really love a home were I can come inside and cuddle on the couch with my family. I promise to be a very good boy if you promise to give me lots of toys!! Put in an application for me today!!

The Adoption Process

Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat (who is not adopt by application), you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday, or our Edinburgh North location between 10am and 3pm, Thursday to Sunday.

Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you must complete the application form first and if your application is successful you will be contacted by an AWL staff member and proceed to the next steps of your adoption journey.

Please note we no longer do walk throughs of cats or dogs in order to provide a calmer environment for them.

Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
