Hi I'm Hiccup.

I am a bit of a shy bunny to begin with but with time and bribes I will become your best friend. I do love to be groomed and have pats. I also love my food and the occasional treats. I do love to climb on things and boxes to play hide and seek. If you feel that we will be the best of friends please pop in an application today!

The Adoption Process

If you wish to adopt a cat or dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location any time between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday, or our Edinburgh North location for Cat Adoptions ONLY any time between 10am and 3pm, Thursday to Sunday.

Dogs and cats that are listed as application are not always available for meet and greets. If your application is successful you will be contacted by an AWL staff member and proceed to the next steps of your adoption journey.

Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
