A little bit about me

I've got looks, charisma and brains, what more could you want?? I love playing with my toys and playing chasey with people, I do have a bit of a cheeky side! I can be a little nervous of people initially, but once I warm up I'll be putty in your hands! I would like to be the only doggie in the home please, I still need to work on my doggie social skills, have you got the patience to help me? If so, I may be the boy for you!!

The Adoption Process

Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat (who is not adopt by application), you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday, or our Edinburgh North location between 10am and 3pm, Thursday to Sunday.

Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you must complete the application form first and if your application is successful you will be contacted by an AWL staff member and proceed to the next steps of your adoption journey.

Please note we no longer do walk throughs of cats or dogs in order to provide a calmer environment for them.

Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
