I can be quite nervous of new people but once I warm up to you, you can't help but fall head over heels in love with me. I get told everyday "I wish I could take you home Mollie" because I am so adorable.! I love to play, run, cuddle, roll on my back and have my belly tickled, only by special people though and hopefully that will be you. I would like a home that loves to love and doesn't mind that I will be an oversized lap dog and I will definitely want some space on the couch next to you. I would like a home that is warm and loving, one that has an open-door policy and one that might even let me jump on the bed for some nanna naps and cuddles. Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat (who is not adopt by application), you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday, or our Edinburgh North location between 10am and 3pm, Thursday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you must complete the application form first and if your application is successful you will be contacted by an AWL staff member and proceed to the next steps of your adoption journey.
Please note we no longer do walk throughs of cats or dogs in order to provide a calmer environment for them.
Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
