A little bit about me

Application only
  • 4 years old
  • Male
  • Animal ID: 261058
  • Desexed
  • Large size
  • Adoption Fee: $300

Hey there I'm Macca!! Do you love to get out and about and have energy to burn? Me too!!! I'm always up for a game or a walk, and I love to people watch. I'm looking for an active friend to keep me busy and call my bestest pal. I'm a pretty big boy and I can be a little boisterous, so I'd be too much for smaller children. As you can see by my photos, I'd really love to have my own shell pool please, or we can just go to the beach instead! If you think you have what it takes to give me a second chance at life, put in an application today!!

The Adoption Process

Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat (who is not adopt by application), you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday, or our Edinburgh North location between 10am and 3pm, Thursday to Sunday.

Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you must complete the application form first and if your application is successful you will be contacted by an AWL staff member and proceed to the next steps of your adoption journey.

Please note we no longer do walk throughs of cats or dogs in order to provide a calmer environment for them.

Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
