I may be a bit on the nervous side, but I promise you, there's a heart of gold underneath this shy exterior.. I've been working hard on my confidence building, and every day I'm making progress. I have a soft spot for roast chicken-seriously, it's the key to my heart! I'm on the lookout for a patient family with a quiet lifestyle where I can truly shine as the queen of the house. Loud noises can be a bit much for me, so a quiet environment would be purr-fect. While I may not be the best fit for a household with small kids, I'm sure I'll make a wonderful companion for someone who appreciates my regal charm and is willing to give me the time I need to feel right at home.
At the moment, I'm not comfortable with being touched so I need a furmily that understands this and is willing to continue working with me to build up my confidence. Hope to meet you soon!

Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday, or our Edinburgh North location between 10am and 3pm, Thursday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.
Please note we no longer do walk throughs of cats or dogs in order to provide a calmer environment for them.
Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
