Apply to adopt

A little bit about me

Application only

  • Male
  • Animal ID: 263008
  • Desexed
  • Medium size
  • Adoption Fee: $300

Hi there! My name is Norman, and I'm a very cuddly and affectionate man looking for my forever home. Although I can be a bit shy at first, I warm up quickly and love to snuggle up with my humans. I'm looking for a patient and loving home where I can get all the indoor love and cuddles I crave. I would really like a home where I can go on nice long walks everyday, and get lots of enrichment at home. If you have a home where I can get lots of cuddles then why not pop an application in for me!

The Adoption Process

Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat (who is not adopt by application), you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday, or our Edinburgh North location between 10am and 3pm, Thursday to Sunday.

Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you must complete the application form first and if your application is successful you will be contacted by an AWL staff member and proceed to the next steps of your adoption journey.

Please note we no longer do walk throughs of cats or dogs in order to provide a calmer environment for them.

Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
