Meet Sabrina, the little black kitten who's looking for her forever home! Sabrina may seem shy at first, but give her some time and love and she'll be your constant companion before you know it. She loves curling up in cozy spots and watching the world go by, and she's always up for a good play session with her favourite humans.

Sabrina's hobbies include chasing jingly toys, napping in sunbeams, and cuddling up with her favorite humans. Sabrina's ideal home would be a quiet one, with patient and understanding humans who are willing to give her some extra TLC as she comes out of her shell. Once she feels safe and comfortable, she'll be a loyal and loving companion for life.

So if you're looking for a sweet and snuggly little black kitty to call your own, come meet Sabrina today! She's the purr-fect addition to any family.

The Adoption Process

Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat (who is not adopt by application), you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday, or our Edinburgh North location between 10am and 3pm, Thursday to Sunday.

Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you must complete the application form first and if your application is successful you will be contacted by an AWL staff member and proceed to the next steps of your adoption journey.

Please note we no longer do walk throughs of cats or dogs in order to provide a calmer environment for them.

Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
