While I'm generally well-behaved, I might get a little excited during playtime, but don't worry, I settle down quickly. It's important to mention that while I'm friendly and sociable with adults, I might not be the best fit for homes with children under 16. However, I'm sure I'll form a strong bond with my adult family members!
To keep me happy and healthy, daily exercise, regular training, and experienced grooming will be necessary. Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday, or our Edinburgh North location between 10am and 3pm, Thursday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.
Please note we no longer do walk throughs of cats or dogs in order to provide a calmer environment for them.
Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
