A little bit about me

  • 2 years old
  • Female
  • Animal ID: 265553
  • Desexed
  • Medium size

Meet Butterscotch, a beautiful cat with a heart of gold and a story of resilience. Despite a tough start in life, Butterscotch has shown remarkable progress during her time in shelter care. This sweet girl is a bit shy and cautious around humans, but with patience and understanding, she's blossoming into a more confident feline every day.

Butterscotch is seeking a patient and compassionate family who will respect her need for space and time to adjust to her new environment. She'll thrive in a quiet and calm home where she can feel safe and secure. Butterscotch enjoys having her own space to retreat to, where she can decompress from the stresses of shelter life.

While Butterscotch may not be one for pats just yet, she's learning to trust and may become more receptive to affection with time and gentle encouragement. In the meantime, she loves interacting with her humans through treats and playtime, and she's sure to melt your heart with her playful antics.

If you're someone who understands the value of patience and the beauty of helping a shy cat come out of her shell, Butterscotch could be the perfect addition to your family. With love, patience, and understanding, she has the potential to become a loyal and loving companion for years to come. Adopt Butterscotch today and embark on a journey of growth, trust, and unconditional love together!
