Meet me

A little bit about me

  • 1 year old
  • Female
  • Animal ID: 265994
  • Desexed
  • Medium size
  • Adoption Fee: $50

Hello, my name is Meg. Though I may seem reserved at first glance, there's a world of curiosity and wonder waiting to be discovered within me! Life in the shelter has taught me that people aren't so scary after all, but I still need a patient and understanding family to help me continue to learn and grow at my own pace.

I may be slow to trust, but each day brings new opportunities for me to open my heart a little wider. Treats are my weakness, and I can't resist the promise of a tasty morsel. Your presence is comforting, especially when accompanied by the tantalizing scent of treats. It's through these small gestures of kindness that I'm learning to feel safe and secure in the company of humans.

While I'm not quite ready for pats and cuddles just yet, I find solace in the simple pleasures of lounging in the sun with my feline companions. There's something magical about the warmth of the sun on my fur and the gentle hum of life around me. It's in these moments of quiet contentment that I begin to imagine the possibility of a brighter future.

When I arrive in my new home, I'll need a space of my own to retreat to as I adjust to this new chapter of my life. A patient and understanding family will be essential, one that respects my need for space and allows me to come around on my own terms. And if there's another cat to share my journey with, all the better! Together, we can navigate this new world, finding comfort and companionship in each other's presence.

Are you the patient and understanding family I've been waiting for? Will you welcome me into your heart and home, offering me the love and patience I need to thrive? If so, together we can embark on a journey of trust, curiosity, and endless possibilities!
