Meet meMeet Apollo, a friendly and curious boy who's full of energy and love! Apollo is always excited for his walks, where he takes his time sniffing everything and exploring the world around him. Although he can get a bit overexcited, he's equally happy to settle down and enjoy some downtime.
Apollo is a perfect mix of independence and affection; he loves people but also enjoys having the freedom to do his own thing. His ideal home would be one with a spacious yard for him to explore and sniff, and where he can choose between lounging inside or enjoying the fresh air outside.
Apollo will make a wonderful companion for a family who can appreciate his zest for life and give him the balance of freedom and love he deserves.

Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday, or our Edinburgh North location between 10am and 3pm, Thursday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.
Please note we no longer do walk throughs of cats or dogs in order to provide a calmer environment for them.
Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
