Meet meMeet Luna, a spirited grey tortoiseshell with a personality as vibrant as her unique coat. Luna is very vocal and playful, always ready to engage with her human friends and explore her surroundings. While she's a bundle of energy, she prefers a calm environment to prevent overstimulation. Initially shy, Luna may need some time to adjust to new situations and settle into her new home. She's not a fan of other cats, so she'd do best in a household where she can be the sole feline. With patience and understanding, Luna will bring lively companionship and joy to your life.

Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday, or our Edinburgh North location between 10am and 3pm, Thursday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.
Please note we no longer do walk throughs of cats or dogs in order to provide a calmer environment for them.
Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
