Hello! We're Daisy and Mini, a bonded pair of gentle souls looking for a special home.
I'm Daisy, a 4-year-old silver tabby, and my best friend Mini is a 5-year-old dark tortoiseshell. We're both quite shy and rely on each other for comfort and support.
The world can feel a bit overwhelming for us, but together, we find the courage to face it. We're hoping to find a quiet, loving home where someone understands our need for patience and kindness.
With time and your gentle encouragement, we believe we can grow our confidence and become the affectionate companions we're meant to be.

The Adoption Process
Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday, or our Edinburgh North location between 10am and 3pm, Thursday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.
Please note we no longer do walk throughs of cats or dogs in order to provide a calmer environment for them.
Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
