He's still a little cautious, and may back away or hiss at first, especially when new things or people are introduced, but he's much more open than he used to be. Treats are a great way to win him over, though he may take them slowly at first. With a little patience and a gentle touch, you'll see just how far he's come. Meowdy There Partner is looking for a kind and understanding soul who can help him continue his journey toward trust. Though he might take a little time to warm up completely, once he's comfortable, you'll discover a sweet, resilient little guy with a lot of love to give!

Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit both our Wingfield and Edinburgh North locations between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.

Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
