These days, Richard is all about the cuddles. He absolutely adores his people and will happily snuggle up close at every opportunity. Whether it's a quiet evening on the couch or a moment of calm during the day, he'll be right by your side, soaking up all the affection he can get.
But don't let his soft side fool you-Richard also has a big, bouncy play streak! He loves chasing after a ball and throwing himself into playtime with joyful energy. His goofy enthusiasm is contagious, and he'll keep you smiling with his antics.

Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit both our Wingfield and Edinburgh North locations between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.

Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
