Meet Dennis, a sweet and loving boy who's ready to find his perfect match! Dennis is looking for an active family who can give him all the love, structure, and attention he deserves. He's a strong lad, so he'll need a confident owner who can guide him and help him continue to learn good manners.
Dennis is still learning how to stay calm around other dogs, so he'll need to be the only pet in the home for now - but with his big heart and affectionate nature, he'll easily fill it with love. He would thrive with daily walks, hikes, or sniffaris to keep his mind and body busy, followed by a good nap in the sun and a cozy spot on the couch with his humans at night.

The Adoption Process
Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit both our Wingfield and Edinburgh North locations between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.
Please note: if the animal you wish to adopt is listed as 'application only', please fill out the form on their profile and wait for our team to be in touch.
Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
