In a calm, understanding home, Meringue's true personality is expected to shine. He will do best with patient owners who can give him time to settle, feel safe, and adjust at his own pace.
Meringue is looking for a quieter household where he can decompress, feel secure, and enjoy the affection he craves. With the right home and a little patience, he will reward his family with loyalty, love, and companionship.

Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit both our Wingfield and Edinburgh North locations between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.

Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
