Meet meHi! I'm Doright, a sweet kitten who is learning to be brave and discovering just how nice the world can be. I'm building my confidence every day, and as I do, my friendly and affectionate side really shines. Once I feel comfortable, I love gentle play, cozy naps, and spending time near my favorite people.
Because I'm still growing and learning, I may need a little extra patience as I gain confidence in new situations. I'm figuring out sounds, routines, and all the little things that make up daily life. With kindness, consistency, and encouragement, I continue to blossom into a curious and loving companion.
Kittens like me are a big commitment. I will need time, attention, training, vet care, and lots of love as I grow up. I'm still learning how to be the best cat I can be, and I'll rely on you to guide me through the world as I learn what's safe and what's fun.

Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit both our Wingfield and Edinburgh North locations between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.

Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
