Kaia - The Brave Explorer
Kaia is the confident half of this beautiful, bonded pair. Curious and adventurous, she's always been the first to try something new-whether that's stepping out of her hiding spot, exploring beyond her room, or approaching new people and spaces. She's less easily startled and takes life in stride, making her a wonderful companion for a home that enjoys a little personality and independence.
Kaia's lighter facial fur and striking yellow eyes give her an expressive look that perfectly matches her bold spirit. She'll happily lead the way, with her sister close behind.
Kaia and Zuri share a strong bond and must be adopted together. Kaia's confidence helps Zuri feel safe, while Zuri's calm nature keeps Kaia grounded-they truly bring out the best in each other.

The Adoption Process
Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit both our Wingfield and Edinburgh North locations between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.
Please note: if the animal you wish to adopt is listed as 'application only', please fill out the form on their profile and wait for our team to be in touch.
Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
