Rebel is a sweet little girl with a gentle heart and a playful streak. She absolutely loves the company of other cats and has been very cuddly and playful with her feline friends.
She can be a little shy initially and will find her cozy hiding spots. Rebel takes a little time to feel safe, but with patience, gentle encouragement, and a bit of play, she starts to relax.
Once she lets her guard down, Rebel turns into a total smooch - leaning into pats, going all soft and relaxed, and rewarding you with the loudest, happiest purrs. She's looking for a calm, understanding home that will give her the time she needs, and in return you'll get to watch this lovely girl's affectionate personality shine.

The Adoption Process
Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit both our Wingfield and Edinburgh North locations between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.
Please note: if the animal you wish to adopt is listed as 'application only', please fill out the form on their profile and wait for our team to be in touch.
Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
