Josie is a sweet, fluffy girl who has settled beautifully into foster care and is now completely comfortable in her home environment. Her affectionate personality has really blossomed, and she has become a wonderful companion to have around the house.
She loves playing with ribbons and balls, whether it's with her humans or entertaining herself. Josie is also a big fan of her biccies and isn't shy about letting you know when she thinks it's time for a snack! With the people she knows and trusts, she's incredibly smoochy, enjoys being brushed, and happily soaks up attention while keeping her gorgeous fluffy coat looking its best.
Josie appreciates a calm environment and can be a little sensitive to loud noises or lots of activity, so she would be happiest in a quieter home where she can continue to thrive. In return, she'll bring plenty of affection, playful moments, and fluffy cuddles to her lucky new family.

The Adoption Process
Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit both our Wingfield and Edinburgh North locations between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.
Please note: if the animal you wish to adopt is listed as 'application only', please fill out the form on their profile and wait for our team to be in touch.
Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
