Meet meHi, I'm Sue, a sweet girl who has been on a little journey to find my forever home. When I first arrived at the shelter, the busy environment was a bit overwhelming for me, so I was lucky enough to spend some time in a foster home where I could relax, recharge, and feel comfortable again. That quiet time helped me come out of my shell, and now I'm feeling much more settled and ready to meet the family I've been waiting for.
I'm looking for a loving home where I can continue to feel safe and cared for. With a little patience and understanding, I'll show you the wonderful cat I am and become a cherished companion. If you're ready to give a sweet girl like me the chance to settle in and be part of your family, I can't wait to start our next chapter together!

Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit both our Wingfield and Edinburgh North locations between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.

Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
