Meet meHi, I'm Mickey, and I'm on the lookout for my forever family-one that loves fun and adventure as much as I do! I'm a happy, playful boy with a big heart, and I'm ready to be your loyal sidekick for all of life's exciting moments. Whether we're hiking a new trail, exploring the park, or just taking a stroll around the neighborhood, I'm always up for the ride, and I walk great on a lead too! No pulling, I promise!
I'm also a pretty smart cookie. I love learning new things and being part of the action, so if you're into training or teaching tricks, I'm your guy! When it's playtime, you'll find me romping around with other dogs-I love making new friends and enjoy the company of my fellow furry pals. I'm a social butterfly in dog form!
But don't worry, I've got a sweet and cuddly side too. After a fun day of adventures, I'll be happy to curl up next to you for some well-earned rest and relaxation. Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit both our Wingfield and Edinburgh North locations between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.

Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
