Cutiepaws and Jalapeño Jones are a bonded pair of adorable kittens looking for a patient, loving home together. These two have been in the shelter for a few months after arriving quite frightened and unsure of the world. While they're still a little shy at times, they've made beautiful progress and continue to grow more confident every day.
Once they feel safe, their playful personalities shine through. They love chasing toys, pouncing around together, and-most importantly-enjoying plenty of tasty treats. Food is definitely the way to their hearts! Their bond with each other is incredibly strong, and they find comfort and confidence in staying close, so they'll need to be adopted as a pair.
Cutiepaws is the gentle sweetheart, often watching the world with curious eyes before joining in the fun. Jalapeño Jones brings a little spice, showing bursts of playful energy and helping encourage bravery in his sibling.
These kittens would thrive in a calm home with someone who understands that trust takes time. With patience, kindness, and a few treats along the way, they'll reward you with affection, entertainment, and a special kind of companionship that only comes from earning the love of a shy animal.

Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit both our Wingfield and Edinburgh North locations between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.

Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
