Meet Keithie

When Keithie first arrived at the shelter, he was a shadow of the dog he was meant to be - terrified, shut down, and unsure of the world around him. But with time, patience, and plenty of gentle TLC, Keithie has begun to show his true colours... and what a beautiful boy he is!

Each day, Keithie grows a little braver. He's discovering that people can be kind, that the world isn't so scary, and that affection is something to be cherished. Once he feels safe, Keithie is a sweet and loving companion who will quietly melt into your side and form a truly special bond.

Keithie is looking for a calm, mature home where he can continue to build his confidence at his own pace. He would absolutely adore a retired couple or someone who enjoys a slower lifestyle - especially if there's a bit of space for him to wander and potter alongside you while you garden or enjoy the outdoors.

A canine companion is a must for Keithie. He takes great comfort in the presence of other dogs and will thrive with a gentle, smaller dog who can show him the ropes and provide reassurance. Due to his petite size, his ideal doggy friend will be calm and not too boisterous in play.

With patience, understanding, and a kind heart, Keithie will continue to blossom into the most loyal and loving little companion. He may start off shy, but for the right family, the reward of watching him grow in confidence will be something truly special.

Keithie is ready to find his safe place in the world - could that be with you?
