Meet Daisy!
Daisy is a lovely brown tabby with a gentle soul and a quiet, watchful nature. She's been taking her time learning to trust, but every day she's showing more of her sweet personality and making steady progress.
Though a little shy, Daisy has a playful side that comes out when she feels comfortable-and she definitely loves her food, which has been a great way to win her over! Recently, she's begun joining in on family time, choosing to stay nearby and observe from a safe distance. It's a big step for her, and a sign of the wonderful progress she's making.
Daisy will accept pats and scritches when she's ready, always on her own terms, and those moments are incredibly special. She has a beautiful, calm nature-never a hiss, just quiet curiosity and growing confidence.
With patience, love, and a gentle environment, Daisy is sure to continue blossoming over the coming weeks. She's already showing so much promise and will make a deeply rewarding companion for someone willing to let her shine in her own time.

The Adoption Process
Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit both our Wingfield and Edinburgh North locations between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.
Please note: if the animal you wish to adopt is listed as 'application only', please fill out the form on their profile and wait for our team to be in touch.
Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
