Meet Hazel - a loving pup who will flood your life with endless affection, playfulness, and bottomless cuddles. At 8 months young, Hazel is the ultimate mix of an energetic puppy and a total lovebug.
Hazel's absolute favourite place in the world is right next to you - she believes personal space is entirely overrated and loves curling up beside you for a cuddle. She loves her daily walks, playing games, and exploring the world with enthusiasm. Hazel is a sociable girl who is very friendly and gets along well with other animals.
Being a growing pup, Hazel is still learning about life and will benefit from a family committed to continuing her training and socialisation. She is a fast learner who is fully toilet trained and has begun mastering her basic manners.
Hazel would thrive in an active home that offers her a mix of daily exercise, mental stimulation, and plenty of lap time. She is best suited to a home with older kids. While she is extraordinarily friendly and adores all people, she hasn't quite realised her own size and strength yet!

The Adoption Process
Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit both our Wingfield and Edinburgh North locations between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.
Please note: if the animal you wish to adopt is listed as 'application only', please fill out the form on their profile and wait for our team to be in touch.
Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
