Bunny is a sweet, quiet and shy little blanket baby who is slowly discovering that the world isn't such a scary place after all. She can be quite timid and feels safest tucked away in cosy blankets and dark, quiet spaces where she can retreat, relax and feel secure.
Recently, Bunny has started showing more of her sweet personality. She rolled onto her belly and, most excitingly, has started purring - little signs that she is beginning to feel safe, comfortable and ready to trust.
Bunny will need a quiet and patient home where she can take things at her own pace. Gentle interactions, slow encouragement and plenty of time will help her build confidence and learn that she is safe and loved.
She may take some time to fully come out of her shell, but watching Bunny blossom is sure to be incredibly rewarding. With the right person by her side, this beautiful little girl has so much potential to become a loving and affectionate companion.

The Adoption Process
Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit both our Wingfield and Edinburgh North locations between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.
Please note: if the animal you wish to adopt is listed as 'application only', please fill out the form on their profile and wait for our team to be in touch.
Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
