Domestic Short Hair
Apply to adoptSokka is a lovely natured super affectionate young boy and has absolutely thrived in the home environment very quickly. Quiet in volume (he squeeks and purrs) but loud in physical activity, he is always on the move and will play by himself with toys all day.
He LOVES cuddles, pats and kisses but is not a lap cat so won't stay long as he has things to investigate. He absolutely ADORES other cats and would benefit from joining another cat family so he has someone to play chasey with who can also entertain his enormous energy levels. He may be ok with a placid dog however this has not been tested. He is still a little scared of new noises and visuals however will overcome the fear quite quickly. Television will help provide a variety of different noises he can become accustomed to. He will need a safe space to hide when scared but does adapt super fast to everything and will begin purring and playing again in no time.
He would best suit a quiet home with no small children. He has bengal (cat) like behaviour and will be all over and into everything therefore would need sufficient physical enrichment and a secure indoor/outdoor play area.
He will play on his own with toys and specifically likes toys with tails such a toy mice or string/ribbon toys, rather than balls. He also likes cardboard cat scratchers. He is a good eater and loves the Churu / Dine or Pretty Wild food sticks as a treat. He will follow you around at your feet, much like a dog does.
Sokka is such a loving, smoochy well rounded young man, and will become your very best friend quite quickly.
