Leo is a big, handsome boy with a wonderfully gentle personality. He may try to charm you with his little flirty ways and sweet meows, but underneath it all, Leo is a boy who needs a little time to feel comfortable with new people.
Once he starts to trust you, you'll see his softer side come out. Leo loves making big biscuits and doesn't mind a gentle pat, especially when he knows he's safe. The key to winning Leo's heart is simply to go slow and let him come to you.
With a little patience, kindness, and plenty of time, Leo will show you what a lovely, gentle boy he really is.

Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit both our Wingfield and Edinburgh North locations between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.

Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
