Hello, I'm Flicker! I'm a senior girl who has successfully completed her weight-loss journey, and I'm now looking for a quiet, loving home to enjoy my golden years.
I can be a very sweet lady, and I love sharing gentle smooches when I'm feeling comfortable. I do have a sensitive side, though, and can become overstimulated in stressful situations, so I need someone who understands my boundaries and gives me space when I need it.
My dream home is a quiet, one-pet household where I can be your one and only. I'm not suited to living with other cats, dogs or children, and I'd thrive with a patient human who appreciates the simple things in life.

Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit both our Wingfield and Edinburgh North locations between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.

Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
