Barry is a sweet and lovable gentleman with plenty of affection to share! This handsome boy enjoys spending time with his favourite humans and soaking up some love and attention.
While Barry absolutely enjoys a good pat and some quality time with his people, he can sometimes get a little overstimulated when the excitement becomes too much. He's looking for an understanding family who can recognise when he needs a little break and respect his boundaries.
Barry would thrive in a home where he can settle in at his own pace, enjoy plenty of cosy spots to relax and receive affection on his own terms. With a little patience, understanding and lots of love, Barry is sure to make a wonderful companion!

Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit both our Wingfield and Edinburgh North locations between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.

Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
