Meet meMango is a lovely Cattle Dog looking for a special home where he can feel safe, secure and loved. Like many working breeds, Mango will benefit from an active lifestyle with plenty of exercise, mental stimulation and enrichment to keep his clever mind busy.
Mango can be a little timid and nervous, so he'll need a patient and understanding family who will give him time to settle in and build confidence at his own pace.
Mango would prefer to be the only dog in the home, where he can enjoy all the love and attention for himself.
If you have the time, patience and commitment to meet the needs of this clever working breed, Mango could be a wonderful companion.

Cats - If you wish to adopt a cat you are welcome to visit both our Wingfield and Edinburgh North locations between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
Dogs - If you wish to adopt a dog, you are welcome to visit our Wingfield location between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Dog adoptions from Edinburgh North are by application only. Please fill out the application form on the dog's profile and wait for our staff to contact you.

Once you have met an animal you would like to adopt, you can take them home the same day as all AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked ready for their new home (yes, even the kittens and puppies!)
